We want you to love every product, and every sip. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, here is how we can make it right.

1. Chai Mix & Merchandise

We offer a 15-day return window for our packaged chai mixes and merchandise (mugs, apparel, etc.).

Chai Mix: If the flavor isn't what you expected, you may return the opened package within 15 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Merchandise: Items must be in their original condition.

How to Return: Please bring the item to our booth at any farmers market or contact us at info@chaimetothemoon.net to initiate a return for online orders.

2. At the Farmers Market (Prepared Drinks)

We take pride in every cup we brew. If you order a hot or iced drink at our booth and it isn’t to your liking:

Replacement: We will happily remake your drink on the spot to ensure it’s exactly how you like it.

Refund: If we can’t make it right, we will issue a full refund for the beverage immediately.

3. Proof of Purchase

To process a refund, we require a receipt (digital or paper) or the original order number from your Squarespace confirmation email.

4. Refund Processing

In-Person: Refunds issued through Square at the market typically take 2–5 business days to reflect on your bank statement.

Online: Refunds for website orders will be credited back to your original payment method.
